I use a table. I have this weird little webpage composer thing, and I just make a table and delete the edges around the cells.

Most of my pictures come from episode screencaps or other people's picspams. I've gotten a few off of websites, also.

I can't remember where I got 19, but if you want I can email you some of these pics, just let me know.

Hee, thanks so much!

The blending effect is annoingly tedious, but I basically use the 'lighten' layer for those. You really have to have the right images, and you have to mess with the contrast to get it right and you have to darken certain areas of the icon. It's weirdly hard.

I'm actually thinking of doing a tutorial on it, because it's way to hard to explain, so if I do make a tutorial, I can let you know if you want, I'm just not even sure how to explain it otherwise...
